1. A qualified medical graduate: Has pursued the MBBS degree (Not BDS, BAMS, BHMS, etc) .
2. A qualified Surgeon: Has pursued the MS or DNB degree in General Surgery, ENT or Orthopedics (Not MD Dermatology or any other medical degree, not MDS Maxillofacial Surgery).
3. A qualified Plastic Surgeon: Has pursued the MCh or DrNB degree in Plastic Surgery (Not MCh Trauma, MCh Pediatrics, MCh Head Neck, MCh Hand surgery)
Anyone who claims to be a cosmetic or a plastic surgeon and doesn’t meet the above requirements, can not be entrusted with plastic surgery procedures.
